No, the Running Warrior Run is for every fitness level. There are different categories: Open (anyone can participate, regardless of fitness level, team starts also possible), Age Group (3 km course, divided into age groups), and Elite (3 km course for elite athletes). The course can be completed in a team or individually. Obstacles can be skipped and bypassed. The important thing is that you DON’T give up!

Give it your all and keep pushing – your endurance defines you as a Warrior. Each obstacle, whether tackled or bypassed, brings you closer to your goal. The Warrior Medal awaits all who have the courage to compete, persevere, and cross the finish line.

We have introduced three new categories: Elite, Age Group, and Open. Each category will have its own ranking:
Important for those already registered: All participants who have already registered can convert their existing ticket to the desired category for free. Just contact us via email at [email protected].
OCR events are designed for participants of all fitness levels. There are challenges, but the main goal is to test your personal limits and have fun. You can skip obstacles if they seem too difficult. You can choose the category that best fits you: Open, Age Group, or Elite.
Don’t worry if you can’t complete an obstacle. Our events promote teamwork and personal challenges. You can try again, accept help from other participants, or skip the obstacle and move on to the next. The most important thing is to do your best and enjoy the experience.
Absolutely! Team participation is not only allowed but also encouraged. Competing as a team can make the experience even more rewarding and fun.
Yes, participants must be at least 12 years old.
Make sure to wear weather-appropriate athletic clothing and sturdy running shoes. We also recommend bringing a change of clothes, a towel, and enough water for hydration.
